The purpose of the D.A.R.E. Program is to educate school age children about the dangers of drugs. Through the D.A.R.E. Program, children are being provided with essential information, skills and encouragement to help establish strong values and remain committed to them, to set boundaries, to make good choices, to feel good about themselves and their decisions. The program targets 5th & 6th grade students of the Lake Shore Central School District and introduces the D.A.R.E. Program to the 2nd and 4th graders.
Officer William Sills is the D.A.R.E. Officer in the Town of Evans.
